What are the mistakes in the equation? 4C6H12O6+6CO2= 6H2O+6CO2+ATP

1. Reactions cannot happen without energy, this there should be ATP before CO2
2. The input of CO2 should be Switched with the O2
3. There should not be a number before the glucose
4. The H2O and CO2 should be switched
5. Water is not involved in the equation at all.
Just put the numbers of the wrong ones down.
