Spiderman was chasing Dr. Octopus and they were approaching a wall that was 9 feet

away. The wall was 40 ft high. Dr. Octopus ran to the wall and climbed straight up.
Spiderman shot his web and went immediately to the top to catch him.
How much FARTHER did Dr. Octopus travel than Spiderman?

Answer:

40 feet more

Explanation:

Dr. Octopus traveled perhaps 49 feet high, since he ran to the wall and ran straight up the wall. Since Spiderman just shot up the wall instead of running, he probably only traveled 9 feet, since the wall was 9 feet away. Sorry if this was wrong!
