How to find the endpoint when the midpoint is given?

Explanation:

On a number line, the midpoint is the exact middle of all the included values. Since it is the middle it would numerically be half of the endpoint. Therefore, the best and easiest way to find the endpoint would be to multiply the midpoint by 2. This is essentially doubling the midpoint value to get the endpoint. For example, lets say the midpoint is 3 then we can multiply it by 2 to get the endpoint which would be 6
