There is a Zen proverb, "You must turn and face the tiger to learn that it is made of paper." Think of

the tiger as a metaphor for your problems. What do you think this proverb means?

Answer:

I think that it means that when you face your problems, it's not as bad as you thought it would be. Also, just getting over the obstacle in general. The problem might seem bad but when you face it, you will be okay/it's easier than you thought.
