Explanation:

You have to find the square root of all the components separately. 7 is not a perfect square (one number*itself = perfect square, ex 4 is the perfect square of 2 because 2*2=4) but the n^4 can be simplified and brought outside of the radical. When finding the square root of variables with exponents they have to come out in pairs to create that "perfect square." Therefore when you move a variable, you basically divide the exponent by 2. so n^4 inside the radical becomes n^2 outside of the radical, leaving the problem itself to become n^2 (radical) 7.
