"A little" is an individual that has a child-like behavior. They are usually adults or older and identify as a young child usually around the infant to toddler to teenage. Usually, this person didn't have a fulfilling childhood. Maybe they were not nurtured or had a traumatic childhood. Sometimes they do it because well, they like it. It could also be sex-related but usually is not.
