What is the IP address of the router in your network where data packets with unknown routes should be forwarded

Answer:

Everything, that is not reachable via a more special route should be reachable through this route, it will be sent to your router, which (hopefully) knows where to send it (and since your router has ip address 192.168.1.1, it will be sent to that ip address via the interface with ip address 192.168.1.100 of your PC)
