Graph a piecewise function that increases on the interval (-2,3), has a point of discontinuity at x=3, constant on the interval (3,6) and decreases on the interval (6,10)

I know I should be able to do this but I'm struggling to understand it.

At x=-2, the function starts at (-2,-2) and increases until it reaches the open circle at (3,3). From there, it remains constant at y=3 until x=6. Finally, it starts decreasing from (6,4) and ends at (10,0).
