-1.8 is the answer in my opinion, because if you count the lines given, there are 20, so they must be divided by 2! So each integer gets 10 lines each. If you count back from 0 to the dot, then you get it -1.8!

I would say the answer is -1.7 but I don’t know what that would be as a fraction.
