Explanation:

One cup of blue paint would be 6 of 1/6 cups and if there is 1/3 red for every 1/6 blue, multiply 0.3333 (1/3) by 6. (= 2)

ONE CUP of blue paint is SIX times the 1/6 amount in the beginning of the question......she will need SIX times the 1/3 cup of red paint

SIX * 1/3 cup = 6/3 cup = 2 cups red
