Length = 27 units

2(3x+9) + 2(5x-4) = 106

6x+18+10x -8 = 106

16x +10 = 106

16x = 106 - 10

x = 96/16

x = 6

width = 5(6)-4= 26 units

Length = 3(6) + 9 = 27
