Answer: A, B, C, D

Explanation:

Squares, rectangles, rhombuses, and parallelograms all have oppoosite equal sides, so they will all be congruent.

Two quadrilaterals with the same side length don't always have to be congruent because they can be in any order. This isn't the case withSquares, rectangles, rhombuses, and parallelograms, but it could be for other weird quadrilaterals.

So it is a,b,c,d.
