So to find an equation from a line on a graph I like to look for the y-intercept first

We can see that the line goes through 4 so the y-intercept is 4

The equation will be set up like

y=mx+b

b is your y intercept

m is your slope

to find slope you look at like rise over run (rise/run)

it rises 3 (goes up) runs 1 (to the right) and meets a perfect intersection

3/1 = 3

y=3x+4
