Acids contain hydrogen. water too contain hydrogen but it is not an acid. give reasons?

Water too contains hydrogen but is not acid because it also contains nitrogen and oxygen, and the reaction between hydrogen and oxygen makes (H2O) hydroxide, which is not able to form of acid.
