This is false because supination is a much stronger movement than pronation. The supinator and biceps are the muscles that supinate the forearm. The pronator quadratus and pronator teres are the muscles that pronate the forearm. Motion restriction in either direction can result from dysfunction at the proximal or distal radioulnar articulations.
