you do understand the word "perimeter" ?

it means the total distance you need to walk, when you walk one time all the way around the park (object).

and that means you have to walk along the length 2 times and the width 2 times, since it is a rectangle.

so,

perimeter = 2×length + 2×width = 2×15 + 2×8 =

= 30 + 16 = 46 m
