Satellites are the most susceptible to the effects of Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs).

People living near sea level and high-rise buildings, on the other hand, are not directly susceptible to the effects of CMEs. These events primarily affect technology and space-based systems rather than terrestrial structures or individuals at ground level. However, the disruption of satellite-based services could indirectly affect people in various ways, such as by disrupting communication and navigation systems.
