1. Multiply fractions:
2.3 * 1.5 = 3.45

2. Now multiply them, by exponentiated 10:

3. And if we know, that 10 to the second power is 100, then we just move comma 2 places (because 2 zeros, or to the 2nd power.):

3.45 * 100 = 345 (Moved comma two times).
