both angles will equal to 180(they make a strait angle) so the equation will look like this

6x + 20 + 2x + 4 = 180

add your sums together

8x + 24 = 180

minus 24 from both sides

8x = 156

divide 8 from both sides

x = 19.5

put answer into the original equation for TQS

TQS = 2(19.5) + 4

TQS = 39 + 4

TQS = 43

∠RQT angle iron= 180°

(6x+20)+(2x+4)= 180°

6x+20+2x+4=180

8x+24=180

8x=180-24

x=19,5°

∠RQS = 117+20=137°

∠SQT = 39+4 =43°
