a perpendicular line is a right angle because they intersect right in the middle of each other right? well think of a graph where those points are graphed, in the second quadrant for (-3,2) because x is negative and y is positive, for (2,7) I am sure you can graph that, then draw a line from one of those points to the other, graph the answers there and see if it intersects through the line if you were to draw a line through the two points, (-3,7) isn't it because it intersects through the ending of the line, the point that intersects the middle would be B. (-2, 2)
