To m it looks like the third line ( the line that says 80-4+6 ) is wrong. This is because Menna did 4+6 instead of calculating from left to right. So technically instead of doing 4+6 first, she should have done 80-4 first, which is 76, and then add 6, which is 82. So the answer is 82.
