lets solve the discriminant value using the formula D = b^2 - 4ac

2x^2+13x-45=0 , a=2, b=13, c=-45

D = b^2-4ac = 169-4*2*(-45)= 169+360=529, D>0

x1,2 = -b ± √D / 2a => -13 ± 23 / 4 = -9; 5/2 (or 2,5)

-9; 5/2 (2,5)
