Answer:

7x - 5y = 3

Explanation:

The Standard Form formula is Ax + By = C, however, technically A should not be negative, and since the original is already written in an usually accepted version of Standard Form, I would assume you would just want to multiply the entire equation by -1 making the A a positive number.
