That's the 10th time that half the water remaining was taken out. So the answer is that 12 liters are left.

Which is essentially nothing of course, and might as well be zero. Because if the full tank was 12,288 L, what percentage of that is 12 L?

12/12,288 = 0.00097, which is only about 1/10th of 1%.

It's kind of a silly question, but that's a way to do it.
