Explain the potential consequences if someone does not have consistently does not meet basic needs, such as food or sleep.

Without food your body can get weak and doing basic fats can be hard. Without sleep you can also get weak and start to hallucinate. After a while you’ll start to get delusional without sleep eventually killing you after 3 days of no sleep. And 3 weeks without food you can die. Of course things differ from person to person.
