Answer:

1) √((-5 - 0)² + (4 - 3)²) = √((-5)² + 1²)

= √(25 + 1) = √26

2) √((4 - 0)² + (-1 - 3)²) = √(4² + (-4)²)

= √(16 + 16) = √32 = 4√2

3) -1 - (-5) = 4

4) √((4 - (-5)² + (-5 - 4)²) = √(9² + (-9)²)

= √(81 + 81) = √162 + 9√2

Perimeter of ABCD = √26 + 13+√2 + 4

= about 27.5

1) √26

2) √((-2 - 0)² + (1 - 3)²) = √((-2)² + 2²)

= √(4 + 4) = √8 = 2√2

3) √((-5 - (-2))² + (4 - 1)²) = √((-3)² + 3²)

= √(9 + 9) = √18 = 3√2

Perimeter of ABF = √26 + 5√2

= about 12.2

1) CE = √((4 - 2)² + (-1 - (-3))²) = √(2² + (-2)²)

= √(4 + 4) = √8 = 2√2

2) ED = 2√2

3) CD = 4

Perimeter of CDE = 4√2 + 4 = about 9.7

1) √((2 - (-2)² + (-3 - 1)²) = √(4² + (-4)²)

= √(16 + 16) = √32 = 4√2

2) 4√2

3) 2√2

4) 2√2

Perimeter of BCEF = 12√2 = about 17.0
