The perimeter would be 38 units.
Step-by-step explanation:
Add up all sides. 3+10+3+4+6= 24 now we solve for x which is the unmarked side. You would add both of the top lines to find your answer. 10+4= 14. Now add up both totals, 24+14= 38 units as your final answer.
