Critically reflect on the relevance of personal intelligence for your own personal development inside and outside of the workplace and that of your children. In which ways could you encourage these soft-skills in their formative years. While reflecting on my personal intelligence I feel as though I am of average intelligence. Inside the workplace I have shown great development and I have started to utilize my strengths to encourage others. I have skills like compassion, and patience that I apply to My younger siblings as well as my cousins. I plan to do this for my children in the future as well.
