Permiable means it allows all substances to pass through it but semi permiable means it will only allow so substances to pass through it example for semi permiable membrane is plasma membrane

Answer:-Permeable means a membrane is easily penetrable by substances whether good or bad no matter how much little or big inside or out.

- In contrast, semi-permeable means selective materials have the margin to go into or out of the cell based on certain criterias whether it be the material itself,The cell’s direction,detection,needs,The substances ability to pass through the membrane,etc.In semi-permeablity it provides a sense more of particularity.Out of certain means of/for the cell.
