Quadrant 2 (or Quadrant II in Roman Numerals) is the top-left quadrant of the graph. The two points in Quadrant II are at (-3, 1) and (-2, 3). Therefore, the answer to “a” is (-3, 1) and (-2, 3). Similarly, Quadrant 4 (aka Quadrant IV) is the bottom-right quadrant. The answer to “b” is (2, -1) and (3, -2). Hope this helps!
