y = (1)/(4 ) + (3)/(2)

Answer:

m = (3 - 1)/(6 - (-2)) = 2/8 = 1/4

3 = (1/4)(6) + b

3 = 3/2 + b

b = 3/2

y = (1/4)x + (3/2)
