How to solve?

Multiply (-1) to the power of exponents in denominator to bring them up. For example, 2 / a² = 2(a)^-2

68) \large{ \frac{3}{ {y}^(2) } = 3(y) {}^( - 2) }

69) \large{ \frac{ {x}^(2) }{ {y}^(2) } = {x}^(2) {y}^( - 2) }

70) \large{ \frac{ {x}^(2) {y}^( - 3) }{ {z}^( - 2) } = {x}^(2) {y}^( - 3) {z}^(2) }

71) \large{ \frac{ {a}^( - 3) }{ {b}^(2) } = {a}^( - 3) {b}^( - 2) }

72) \large{ \frac{ {x}^( - 2) {y}^( - 3) }{ {w}^( - 1) {z}^( - 4) } = {x}^( - 2) {y}^( - 3) w {z}^(4) }
