Ah, William, we're weary of weather, said the sunflowers, shining with dew. "Our traveling habits have tired us. Can you give us a room with a view?" —"Two Sunflowers Move in the Yellow Room," William Blake. What is being personified in this poem?

The sunflowers are what is being personified.

Personification is when you give human attributes to non human things. In this instance the author gave the sunflowers the ability to talk.
