It's an animal that attracts predatory, and carnivorous animals (to eat)
Like a jackrabbit or a squirrel, and those attract hawks, eagles, foxes, coyotes, etc...
The animal that eats primary consumers can be referred to as the "apex predator, the main carnivores, or the tertiary consumer"
