Explanation:

Area of inner circle pi r^2 = pi * 1^2 = pi

Area of largest circle pi r^2 = pi ( 4^2 ) = 16 pi

prob of red is then: red area / total area = pi / (16 pi) = 1/16 =.0625 = 6.25 %
