4. Why do we consider China and Mexico as non-democratic countries?​

China;
is considered as a non-democratic country not because their method of governance is represented by Autocracy, but because their democracy is defined by a one-party system…. Thereby centering the political power in the country…..


Mexico;
however practices outright democracy. But unlike China they possess 3 political parties…. NB: the political power revolves around the three parties
