Answer: D: 26'

Explanation:

According to the inscribed angle theorem:

"Angle subtended by an arc at the center of a circle is double the angle subtended by that arc at any point on the circumference of the circle"

angle ACB should be half the angle of APB which is 52/2 = 26'

And therefore the answer is D.
