The products for this reaction is simple. The polysaccharide is made of 3 monosaccharides bonded across an oxygen atom. After hydrolysis, the O-C bond is broken and H2O is added across it. OH to the monosaccharide from which the O is removed from and H to the monosaccharide with CO- after the breaking of the O-C bond.
