In my Option i believe that the government should protect constitutional rights at all costs. BUT it depends on the crisis really. People do deseve there rights. But if something was to happen like the apocalypse then the goverment should do what ever is necessary for the saftey of the people even if it is unconstitutional. If that makes sense
