Hi can yall help me with my homework assignment, I need a little help to understand it a little bit better. It is due tonight

What does it mean for something to be alive? What is life?

Do all living things have "souls"? Or is there a difference between having a soul and being alive?

What is a soul? What kind of a thing is it, and what do we mean when we talk about it?

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Honestly, it can depend on your perspective.

To be alive, by definition, is to "not be dead or inanimate" according to Merriam-Webster. But, life can also be considered to be seeking something in life or to be proactive. This might mean searching for happiness or working as a member of society.

A soul can be most easily defined as a non-physical thing that has emotional or intellectual intelligence.. It can be inferred that all humans have souls, since we all would, by that definition, need one to live.

A soul can also be described as a person's personality, perception, and recollection of memories. When we talk about a person (not regarding physical descriptions), it can be inferred that we are describing a trait of their soul. We can also infer that each person (or soul) is unique and individual.

Hope this helped!
