x-11=6x+16 (10x and 9x have the same variable so they can be subtracted)

x-6x-11=16 (we need to collect all the x at one side so shifting +6x to the other side of the equal sign will change the sign to -6x)

-5x-11= 16 (subtract the same variable and add the sign of the greater number)

-5x= 16+11 (we should leave the x alone so shifting -11 to that side will change its sign to +11)

-5x= 27 (both 16 and 11 have no variable so they can be added)
