jokes x how many they take = answer

if they take one joke about the weather: 4 x 8 = 32
jokes x sport jokes = answer

two about the weather: 4 x 2 x 8 = 64
3: 4 x 2 x 2 x 8 = 128 < permutation
4. 4 x 2 x 2 x 8 x 1 = 128 < combination
