Answer:

x € R, y => -3

Explanation:

The domain is the range of possible inputs of the function (the x-values), hence for this graph since there are no restrictions it would just be all real numbers.

As for the range, we can see the minimum point is -3, however there is no max as the function goes in to infinity, hence it would be y => -3.
