Answer:

  • Diet: eat healthier foods like fruits and veggies and meats and stay away from sweets, sodas, or things with high carbs or artificial additives. Do not over eat and do not starve yourself!
  • Exercise: Doctors recommend at least 30mintes of exercise a day! Get you heart rate up by going on a jog, doing jumping jacks etc. Going on a walk after a big meal is a great thing to do for your health.
  • Sleep: One of the most important things is sleep! You need at least 7-8 hours of UNINTERRUPTED sleep each night. Children need more. Getting a good night's sleep helps you digest your food, rest your mind, improve your memory and mood, helps you to be ready for the next day!
  • Stress Management: Lots of stress in your life negatively affects your health. It can raise your blood pressure, make you depressed, and affects your sleep while taking away your me-time.
  • Spirituality: Be in touch with nature or religion to offer yourself a sense of peace and comfort. Activities in the church or doing things like meditation, yoga, or breathing exercises benefit you.
  • [BONUS TIP] Socialize: being around other people and not isolating yourself at home is great for your health.
