metallic lithium crystallizes in a body-centered cubic lattice, with one li atom for each point in the crystal lattice. how many atoms are there per unit cell? if the edge length of the unit cell is found to be 351 pm, what is the metallic radius of li in pm?

The number of atoms per unit cell in a bcc lattice is 2. If the edge length of the unit cell is found to be 351 pm, the metallic radius of Li is 351 / 2 = 175.5 pm.
