Explanation:

The function h(x) = log₂x tells us what power of 2 gives us the number x. When x gets really big (approaching infinity), h(x) gets really small (approaching negative infinity). And when x gets really close to zero (from the positive side), h(x) also gets really small (approaching negative infinity). This means that the function h(x) gets closer and closer to negative infinity as x gets bigger and bigger or as x gets closer and closer to zero from the positive side.
