Im not 100% sure but p = 16 because the taking out the line that makes the quadrilateral a pentagon, if you add up all the internal angles (subtracting the outside angles from 180) and then subtract their sum from 360, it equals 16 which would be the missing angle to make the quadrilateral = 360
