If you observe a misconduct in your organization, would you report it? What factors for encourage you to report misconduct internally/externally? And what would deter you from reporting misconduct in organizations?

Answer: You would report it because internally your mind could always put guilt and heavy thoughts of regret if you didn't report it, but it could also tell you that you did the right thing by being honest. however externally, coworkers might begin to know you as the tattletale, not trust you, or be hesitant to talk to you.
