for the future you can use vertical line test. draw a vertical line across the function and if it touches more than 1 point then its not a function.

Answer:

A and E

Explanation:

A function has only one output for every input.

The inputs are the x values and the outputs are the y values.

B has two outputs for the input of -4 (-4,4) and (-4, -3)

D has more than one put for the input 2

D has more than one output. For example, (5.5, 1) and (5.5, -1.5)
