We have:

$\frac{600\text{ cc}}{45\text{ seconds}} = \frac{2000\text{cc}}{x \text{ seconds}}

Cross multiplying, we get:

$600x = 90000$

We divide both sides by 600 and get:

$(600x)/(600) = (90000)/(600)$

$x=\boxed{150}$

It takes 150 seconds (2 minutes and 30 seconds) for the sprayer to disperse 2000 cc of herbicide. Hope this helps!
